Associate Client Partner (Norwegian) – Snap In!

You will own customer relationships throughout the advertising ecosystem and grow their investment through consultation, nurturing, and support. In addition to client activation and retention, you will contribute to identifying key market indicators relating to the advertiser ecosystem, and help to educate leadership and cross-functional partners on market and industry trends. You will help improve how we prioritize, communicate and support the advertiser base, and research the broader ecosystem to identify future customers.

What you’ll do
  • Activate and retain advertisers
  • Initiate customer outreach, using frequent outreach and tailored messaging to secure interest in Snap advertising and set up initial sales meetings
  • Take on project based work as needed to improve processes, foster collaboration and improve our sales resources
  • Define the overall sales approach for specific customer segments, develop work plans, and create compelling customer value propositions
  • Develop metrics to measure the growth and performance of accounts and provide reporting to customers as needed
  • Analyze campaign performance statistics and recommend performance enhancements
  • Articulate and update clients on Snap products and developments
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • Knowledge of social media, auction environment, mobile apps, and digital and mobile marketing
  • Ability to perform well in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment
  • Strong problem solving and quantitative analytical skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
  • Fluent in English and Norwegian
Minimum Qualifications
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent years of experience
  • 3+ years experience in marketing, brand advertising, media sales, media buying, agency account management, and/or online advertising experience
  • Ability to travel as needed

  • Proven ability to work in a fast paced sales environment
  • Creative, outside-the-box thinker, and strategist
  • Passion for Snap, marketing, and up for the challenge of building something from the bottom up
