Job summary

A leading law firm in the UK is looking for an Associate/Senior Associate/Legal Director specialized in commercial real estate to join their Norwich office. The successful candidate will draft and negotiate contracts while advising clients on complex property transactions. With a minimum of 3 years PQE, you'll benefit from a collaborative culture and a strong focus on business development. Role
  • Draft and negotiate contracts, deeds and documents
  • Provide high quality advice to a wide range of clients on complex property transactions
  • Play an active role in business development
You
  • 3+ years PQE with a strong background in commercial property
  • Track record of successful caseload management with minimal supervision
  • Attention to detail and excellent drafting skills

You will have experience in some or all of the following:

  • Commercial landlord and tenant work
  • Investment and asset management
  • General commercial property development and/or strategic land work
  • Experience of acting for banks and/or borrowers in secured lending matters
  • Knowledge of providing property support as part of corporate transactions
