Role Overview

You will be responsible for:

  • Delivering full pre- and post-contract quantity surveying services.
  • Managing projects from inception through to final account.
  • Cost planning, procurement advice and contract administration.
  • Preparing reports, budgets, forecasts and commercial strategies.
  • Managing client relationships and acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Supporting and mentoring junior QS team members.
  • Contributing to business development and repeat client work.
About You
  • Strong experience in consultancy / client-side quantity surveying.
  • MRICS qualified or working toward chartership.
  • Confident managing projects independently and leading client meetings.
  • Strong knowledge of JCT and NEC contract forms.
