About you and this role

You will operate assigned plant equipment and areas ensuring safe reliable and optimal performance. This role requires proactive problem-solving collaboration with shift teams and adherence to operating discipline standards. You may also mentor and train less experienced operators.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor process equipment conditions and control systems.
• Perform scheduled and unplanned operational tasks.
• Conduct effective shift handovers and maintain qualifications.
• Mentor and train team members on processes and troubleshooting.
• Participate in investigations and improvement initiatives.
• Perform minor repairs and preventive maintenance as per policy.

Qualifications

• Production Unit certifications typically required.
• Operator Process Technology or related field plus process operations manufacturing or other related experience lieu of degree equivalent years of experience required.

Your Skills

• Operator progression is managed at the site level.
• Must utilize discretionary time for skill development and continuous improvement.
• Familiarity with safety standards Incoterms and payment terms is beneficial.
