Associate Operations Specialist

What You’ll Do

Responsibilities:

  • Initiating a range of background checks through various third-party services and internal systems.
  • Communicating effectively with companies, educational institutions, and professional bodies across the EMEA region via email and telephone.
  • Processing check results in accordance with client requirements.
  • Collaborating with clients and candidates to resolve process-related issues.
  • Conduct analysis of candidates’ backgrounds.
  • Reviewing case files to ensure high-quality, accurate, and efficient service.
  • Responding to incoming emails, calls, and requests promptly.
  • Obtaining feedback to maintain quality control.
  • Working in a multicultural, team-oriented, performance-driven environment.
  • Completing mandatory technical and on-the-job training, including GDPR and privacy training.
  • Operating in accordance with all policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with data protection and privacy legislation.
  • Demonstrating company values and fostering a positive culture.
  • Undertaking other relevant duties within the team.
What You May Need to be Successful:
  • Excellent data entry skills with a keen eye for detail and quality, ensuring all process delivery, data compliance and eligibility rules are adhered to.
  • Effective prioritisation of conflicting tasks and the ability to manage time to reflect team priorities.
  • PC literate, including full use of Microsoft Office products.
  • Flexible and adaptable.
  • Ownership mindset to proactively identify and resolve customer challenges.
  • Desire to learn, grow and embrace change in a technologically advanced environment.
  • Supports others and works effectively as an individual and as part of a team.
  • Behaves consistently with personal values that complement the organisation’s culture.
