Associate Lecturer in Welding (Bank) – Chichester College

Variable hours. Primarily a bank‑basis role teaching evening classes in Fabrication & Welding. You will join our team at a time when our STEM facility is ready, with bespoke teaching environments.

Role Overview

As a Welding and Fabrication expert you will deliver high‑quality teaching and training to motivated students. Your enthusiasm will ignite their passion and equip them with the knowledge needed to excel.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, deliver and assess evening welding & fabrication lessons.
  • Provide practical training and support to students.
  • Participate in continuous professional development and maintain up‑to‑date technical knowledge.
  • Support the college’s inclusive teaching environment.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Relevant industry experience in welding/fabrication is desirable.
  • Lecturing experience is not essential; full training, coaching and development will be provided.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
