Brighton MET College – Associate Lecturer (Hospitality & Catering Adult Skills Bootcamps)

£26.85–£41.87 per hour, variable hours, fixed‑term 6 months.

We are looking for an experienced restaurant supervisor or hospitality trainer who is eager for a fresh challenge and passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver the Adult Hospitality Bootcamp, an intensive, hands‑on programme designed to build confidence, develop practical skills and get learners truly work‑ready.
  • Deliver engaging training in Customer Service, Food Hygiene and Barista Skills, equipping students with front‑of‑house expertise.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Solid industry experience in Hospitality & Catering at supervisory level.
  • Experience in coaching or developing others (highly desirable).
  • Commitment to equality, diversity, health and safety and safeguarding.
