176 - We are hiring an Installed Base Program Leader - EMEA to identify, develop and implement projects that improve tracking, visibility, management, and monetization of our manufactured products installed at customer sites across all of our primary lines of business, including HVAC, Building Automation, Fire Detection and Suppression and Security. This role will optimize business processes and technology for asset tracking, data visualization, and commercialization, ensuring alignment with our global standards that deliver measurable operational and commercial results in an assigned global region.

Key Responsibilities

Asset Visibility Transformation : Drive the regional implementation of our global asset tracking framework, ensuring comprehensive visibility into the location, condition, and performance of all installed base assets.

End-to-End Process Ownership : Redesign and deploy regional cross-functional processes related to asset management and data collection, ensuring alignment with global standards and objectives. Conduct thorough assessments of current workflows and tools in assigned region and prioritize high-impact opportunities for improvement or tool enhancement. Oversee cross-functional project teams to execute these projects on schedule and within budget, adjusting tactics as necessary to address challenges that arise. Lead the implementation of improvements in all locations in the region.

Global Policy Liaison : Serve as a liaison & global policy expert among regional leadership teams, corporate departments (e.g. Operations, Finance, HR, IT), and senior leadership to ensure that improvements are feasible, adopted, and sustained region wide. Coordinate with compliance or quality teams to ensure that any new processes meet relevant regulatory or company standards. Gather feedback from regional users and elevate improvement opportunities to program leaders.

Data Governance & Integration : Track and enforce compliance with global data governance standards to aggregate and integrate disparate data sources.

Performance & Value Metrics : Monitor regional KPIs to measure program success, including asset tracking, utilization, data accuracy, reporting outcomes to regional and global leadership.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field. Master’s degree, MBA, or advanced degree in a relevant discipline preferred.

Experience: 5+ years of experience in program management, business process improvement, or project management is expected, preferably in a cross-functional environment.

PreferredQualifications

Certification in process improvement or project management is highly valued (Six Sigma Green Belt / Black Belt or Project Management Professional).

Direct experience in sales, installation or service in commercial building infrastructure (HVAC, elevator, energy) with management of customer’s installed assets.

Grade 174 – Installed Base Process Leader

Purpose

Drive improvements in regional installed base asset tracking processes and support the implementation of global standards. This role bridges operational teams and technology platforms to ensure consistent and effective asset management practices.

Key Responsibilities

Asset Visibility Transformation : Lead the regional implementation of our global asset tracking framework, ensuring comprehensive visibility into the location, condition, and performance of installed base assets.

Process Mapping & Optimization : Document and improve regional workflows related to installed base tracking and data collection. Conduct regular audits of regional practices against the global standards to develop prioritized action plan for improvements.

Change, Training & Adoption : Lead change management efforts in coordination with regional leaders and teams on new tools and processes. Support the successful, durable transition of teams and systems to new processes, technologies, or organizational structures. Ability to guide stakeholders through change, anticipate resistance, and foster widespread adoption.

Compliance Monitoring : Coordinate with compliance or quality teams to ensure that any new processes meet relevant regulatory or company standards. Ensure regional adherence to global data governance and asset tracking policies. Serve as a global policy expert among regional teams to ensure that improvements are feasible, adopted, and sustained region wide.

Project Leadership: Lead cross-functional initiatives from conception to execution. Practical application of project management skills to effectively coordinate teams, manage issues and risks to ensure smooth rollout of new tools or processes.

Grade 172 – Installed Base Analyst

Purpose

We are seeking a highly analytical and process-oriented Business Analyst to support our Installed Base program. This role will focus on analyzing data and business processes to improve tracking, management, and commercial performance of our installed base across regions. The analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT and data teams, to identify process gaps, develop improvements, and support strategic decision‑making. This role focuses on data integrity, process documentation, and reporting to improve asset tracking and operational decision‑making.

Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Reporting : Aggregate and analyze installed base data from multiple sources. Maintain dashboards and reports to improve visibility and decision‑making. Analyze trends, identify gaps, and recommend actionable insights to improve installed base completeness and accuracy.

Data Quality Assurance : In collaboration with the IT data governance team, identify gaps or inconsistencies in asset data and work with regional teams to improve data accuracy and completeness in our CRM, ERP and Service Execution systems.

Tool Support & Enhancement : Assist in the configuration and enhancement of asset tracking tools and databases. Provide feedback to improve usability and functionality. Collaborate with IT teams to support the development and deployment of tools and templates to standardize and optimize installed base processes.

Process Documentation : Develop and maintain operational and data collection processes documentation to ensure consistency across regions for installed base management.

Collaboration: Work closely with regional operations, IT, and commercial teams to support data‑driven initiatives.
