Tetra Techs Cost Consultancy is responsible for some of the most strategically important projects in the UK. We provide our clients with high quality cost advice on the capital and whole life cost of their buildings with an increasing focus on carbon reduction. Due to our continued success, We are seeking an Associate Director to lead and grow our commercial team in the West Midlands, based in our Birmingham office.

Reporting directly to our Regional Director, you will become an important part of a high-performance multi-disciplinary team utilising the latest technology to deliver cost advice to design colleagues and our clients. You will be responsible for overseeing project delivery (large residential projects), management of the commercial team within the West Midlands as well as supporting the operational part of the team.You will be delivering technical excellence on a frequent basis and promoting learning opportunities to other staff. You will be professional qualified and assisting others in their development.

You will also oversee a group of Cost Managers on existing work in the Residential sector and assisting growth in Property. You will have the opportunity to develop this role as a respected and trusted advisor to an important growth initiative for the Project & Cost Management business unit.
