  • Programme Management experience within Real Estate.
  • Professional membership of a relevant body (e.g. RICS, APM, CIOB) or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Strong leadership, team working and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the delivery of complex real estate programmes.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities.
  • Manage and mentor a team of programme managers and consultants.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of programme management services.

Job Description

We are looking for an Associate Director Programme Manager to join our Programme Management team. We are delivering significant programmes of work, transforming real estate through international transformation programmes and national business change programmes, with values ranging from £100m to over £2 billion. Our projects are iconic, international and offer exciting challenges and exposure to some of the most innovative schemes in the market place. You will have experience of leading workstreams on transformation programmes and the desire to grow within a fast-paced, intelligent, external-facing and innovative environment.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the delivery of complex real estate programmes, ensuring that client objectives are met and that projects are delivered to time, cost and quality standards
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, stakeholders and partners, and act as a trusted advisor and point of contact
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities, and support the preparation and delivery of bids and proposals
  • Manage and mentor a team of programme managers and consultants, and provide guidance and support for their professional development
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of our programme management products and services, and share best practices and lessons learned
  • Embrace and promote the use of digital tools and solutions to enhance programme delivery and performance
