This role will involve leading and developing the MEP & M&E Asset Services team, overseeing asset surveys across the healthcare and wider sectors, and driving operational excellence. The ideal candidate will be a CIBSE Chartered Engineer with hands‑on MEP / M&E surveying experience, strong compliance knowledge, leadership skills, and commercial awareness, ideally with experience across a broad range of sectors.
