An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Fund Monitoring Surveyor to join a leading multidisciplinary consultancy in their London office. This firm is well established within the development and construction sector and is known for its expertise in delivering high quality monitoring and advisory services across both residential and commercial projects.

The successful candidate will take a key leadership role within the London monitoring team, supporting and guiding a group of experienced professionals responsible for delivering accurate, commercially focused monitoring reports. You will work closely with a first class client base of lenders and investors, providing advice across a range of complex and high value developments.
