Associate Director - Financial Lines, AMATS
Can you bring technical Directors’ and Officers’ Insurance experience gained from a prior Underwriting or Broking background to an exciting new role within Aon’s Mergers & Acquisitions and Transaction Solutions (AMATS) practice? Are you keen to work with an enviable portfolio of Financial Sponsors, Corporates and Professional Advisers? Do you excel in delivering excellent outcomes on complex D&O transactions, including IPOs, de-SPACS and other M&A transactions? If so, we'd love to hear from you in connection with this new hybrid role primarily based in our flagship London Office.
