As a Delay Analyst, you will be responsible for providing clients with accurate claims advice, based on detailed and thorough forensic examination and analysis of project information and data.
You must be proficient in the use of various industry recognised delay analysis techniques, and highly skilled in the preparation and presentation of complex delay claims.
This is a consultancy role, and you must therefore be able to demonstrate an ability to work effectively in a client facing environment.
You will need to work hard and achieve strong performance levels. In return you will have a clearly defined route to a director role within a leading construction consultancy.
