We specialise in all aspects of dams and reservoir engineering, within multiple challenging and engaging sectors such as Water, Aviation, Energy and Cities & Development. We continue to provide industry‑leading engineering solutions right through the project lifecycle, with value added through client‑side support as well as construction phases. Your Role

• Own and direct teams who undertake technical design work following relevant design standards and codes, and to high‑quality levels.
• Defining briefs, scopes of work, and input into bid proposals.
• Successfully manage time and budgets to key project milestones and programmes.
• Work closely with teams in the UK and overseas to deliver integrated design solutions.
• Setting quality assurance standards in design.
• Grow, develop and manage dams and reservoirs engineering capability within the practice.

About you

• Chartered Civil Engineer.
• Currently are or working towards being a Reservoir Supervising Engineer.
• Experience in owning design delivery, including multidisciplinary design.
• Knowledge of hydraulic and/or geotechnical engineering as applied to the management and design of dams and reservoirs and their associated hydraulic structures.
• In depth knowledge of current UK design standards, guidance and working practices including the Reservoirs Act.
