A multi-disciplinary construction consulting firm in the UK is seeking an Associate Director to manage client assignments related to claims on live projects. Candidates should have around 10 years of post-graduate experience ideally in Quantity Surveying and must be skilled in providing expert commercial advice. The role includes duties like contract examination, dispute support, and client training. A competitive salary up to £110k, benefits like a car allowance, pension, and hybrid working options are offered.
In this line of work, it is common to gain exposure to a wide variety of assignments. This can include projects in multiple sectors, as well as working with a number of well‑known clients, including tier one main contractors, sub‑contractors and client organisations.
As an Associate Director you will report directly to the Managing Director, as well as being charged with running your own assignments with clients relating to claims on live projects.
You will be expected to provide all of the following services within this role :
