We specialise in all aspects of coastal engineering within multiple challenging and engaging sectors such as water, aviation, defence, energy and cities & development. We continue to provide industry‑leading coastal modelling and engineering solutions right through the project lifecycle, with value added through client‑side support as well as construction phases. Your role

• Own and direct teams who undertake technical design work following relevant design standards and codes, to high‑quality levels.
• Define briefs, scopes of work, and input into bid proposals.
• Successfully manage time and budgets to key project milestones and programmes.
• Work closely with teams in the UK and overseas to deliver integrated design solutions.
• Set quality assurance standards in design.
• Grow, develop and manage coastal engineering capability within the practice.

About you

• Chartered Civil Engineer.
• Experience in owning design delivery, including multidisciplinary design.
• Comprehensive and in‑depth knowledge of coastal engineering analysis and design in the UK and overseas.
• The ability to work with our clients around the world to develop solutions that meet their requirements.
• Promoting technical excellence, best practice, sustainability, net zero and digital innovation.
• Mentoring and developing junior staff.
