Job description

An industry leader within Construction Consultancy world looking for a leader to join their Principal Design team. You will report to their Equity Partner, whilst you lead prestigious client accounts and ensure CDM programmes are being managed. You will have the opportunity enjoy free barista made coffee, whilst working from their scenic London office. Their clients and projects are all located within half a mile of the office.

CDM Principal Designer role

As you lead within the department of Principal Designer, you will ensure deadlines and KPIs are managed, in accordance with Design Risk Management. You will work within a team of ex-Designers, so a design background would be advantageous, albeit not essential.

The CDM Principal Designer will have

• Minimum of 10 years within CDM Principal Design or Design (e.g. Architecture, Design Management, Building Surveying, Engineering) (essential)
• Experience within the Healthcare or Hospital Sector (preferred)
• NEBOSH Construction (essential)
• Technical qualification/degree (e.g. Architecture, Building Surveying, Engineering etc.) (preferred)
