Overview

Associate Director Building Surveying job in Manchester for a reputable firm of chartered surveyors. Our client is looking for someone to oversee complex commercial and residential instructions, ensuring successful outcomes on high-profile schemes.

For more than three decades, this independent consultancy has supported some of the most significant development projects across the UK and internationally. With a strong focus on technical excellence, the team provides specialist advice in areas such as daylight and sunlight, rights of light, neighbourly matters, wind microclimate, measured surveys, and building consultancy helping to shape well-designed, sustainable, and liveable cities.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver contract administration on a range of projects
  • Undertake due diligence and pre-acquisition surveys for investors and developers
  • Mentor and support junior colleagues as the team continues to grow
  • Oversee project monitoring for live developments across the region
  • Act on behalf of both landlords and tenants in dilapidations matters
Qualifications
