Associate Director - Rights of Light - Birmingham - up to £85,000 + Benefits - Ref 1933

I am currently recruiting for an Associate Director to work for one of the UKs most highly regarded specialist practices in the UK. This will be based in Birmingham, but on a hybrid basis. Salary up to £85,000 + Benefits.

The organisation are very financially secure having been in operation for many years and have grown from strength to strength to become the award-winning organisation that they are today. They operate throughout the UK providing specialist advice and guidance to primarily a range of developers and are looking to further expand as they head into 2026.

To support the ongoing growth of the business they now have the need to appoint another Associate Director on a permanent basis.

Within this role as an Associate Director, you will be responsible for business development, client relationship management and marketing the services. You will be working alongside other specialists which will include technical CAD Analysts, Surveyors, Directors and Partners.
