The role requires excellent organizational and customer service skills, with responsibilities including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and supporting events. The ideal candidate should be proactive and able to handle a high volume of emails, contributing to the success of corporate access events and embodying the company's core values.

The Associate Conference Allocations is responsible for scheduling meetings between investors and C-level executives for small and large-scale Corporate Access Conferences preparing schedules for corporate management teams and consistently delivering exceptional service to our clients by utilising excellent organisational and customer service skills.
Domestic and / or international travel may be required with this role.
