We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Collateral Management/Margins Representative I to join our Collateral Management, Middle Office team. This role is located in Manchester, UK

Responsibilities

• Monitoring collateral calls from counterparties
• Facilitating margin dispute resolution between parties
• Verifying delivery of collateral to clients and brokers
• Cleared and bilateral reconciliations for derivative products traded by our clients
• Complex problem resolution, serving as the intermediary for issue resolution and post-execution support and communication with counterparties (traders, etc.)
• Involvement in technology projects and enhancements related to our collateral infrastructure
• Projects, testing and continuous process improvement
• Compiling and distributing metrics and management information for reporting
• Facilitating the onboarding of new clients and new business

Qualifications

• High school/secondary school or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required
• 1-3 years of total work experience is preferred
