The Role and Responsibilities

Capsticks is expanding its personal injury team and are looking for applicants to be part of its growing team. The role will predominantly involve the handling of cases on behalf of NHS Trusts and a number of insurer clients. You will manage your own caseload of EL and PL pre‑litigation and litigated claims of mainly Fast Track and low value Multi track cases, as well as assisting on higher value and more complex claims. It would also be beneficial if you have experience in dealing with Human Rights and data breach cases. We are looking for someone who has a proven ability to assess legal liability, causation and damages and the need for investigation.

We are seeking a self‑motivated ambitious Associate with proven experience in a legal based environment handling casualty claims, both pre and post litigation. The successful candidate will be expected to effectively use Capsticks' case management system in order to manage a caseload and to meet any financial targets set.
