The Role

As an Associate, you will sit at the centre of commercial analysis, client coverage, and transaction execution, working closely with senior team members across investments, capital markets, and strategy. The role offers meaningful responsibility from day one and exposure across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain detailed financial models to support investment, asset management, and advisory transactions
  • Support transaction execution, including structuring, negotiation, and documentation of aviation finance deals
  • Assist in developing and managing relationships with existing and prospective clients
  • Contribute to the origination of asset management and advisory mandates through marketing materials, analytics, and financial models
  • Support airline client coverage by participating in marketing initiatives and commercial outreach
  • Contribute to the development of leverage and capital solutions for equity investors, working closely with debt providers
  • Prepare market analysis, investment papers, and investor-facing presentations
  • Share market insights, trends, and ideas internally to support broader commercial strategy
About You
  • Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in aviation finance, aircraft leasing, asset finance, structured finance, or investment banking
  • Knowledge of the aviation industry and related financing and capital markets products (ABS, term loans, warehouse facilities, liquidity facilities, etc.)
  • Strong financial modelling and analytical skillset
  • Commercially aware, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a dynamic, transaction-driven environment

This role is well suited to someone looking to deepen their aviation finance expertise while taking on a high-impact, commercially focused position within a global platform.
