Associate Building Surveyor Romsey, Hampshire • £85,000 + Car Allowance • £5,000 + Bonus + Pension + 25 Days Holiday

Blaymires Recruitment is representing a leading Surveying and Consultancy practice based near Romsey, Hampshire, which is seeking an Associate Building Surveyor to join its growing team.

This forward-thinking consultancy partners closely with clients to assess and manage cladding combustibility risk, building defects, and remedial issues. Their client base includes social housing providers, landlords, private consortiums, and management companies.

Role Overview
  • Manage, mentor, and grow the Building Surveying team.
  • Lead a diverse range of Building Surveying projects across the commercial and residential sectors.
  • Manage and develop client accounts and framework agreements.
  • Ensure high-quality technical delivery across all surveyors and graduates.
  • Support the Regional Director with business development and team leadership.
  • Contribute to internal quality assurance, best practice, and continuous improvement.
  • Deliver surveys, project management services, and technical reports across the full range of Building Surveying activities.
Requirements
  • Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS) - preferred.
  • Strong experience delivering commercial and/or residential projects.
  • Proven leadership or team management experience.
  • Excellent communication, client-facing, and business development skills.
  • Based within a commutable distance of Romsey.
