As a key point of contact for clients—predominantly within the commercial real estate sector—you will deliver a wide range of professional building surveying services across commercial portfolios. This includes everything from condition surveys, dilapidation advice, and party wall matters, through to contract administration and delivering CAT A/B fit‑outs, remedial, and refurbishment projects.
You’ll also have the opportunity to manage teams, lead service delivery, and be involved in the strategic growth of the business unit.
