Associate, Operations - Strategy Implementation

Day to day responsibilities

As an Associate supporting Strategy Implementation at Kroll Agency and Trustee Services, you will assist with the delivery of Change Management, Integration, Technology Enhancements, Product and Geographical expansion, and Desk Extension priorities. You will contribute to project coordination, collaborate with team members, and help ensure successful implementation of strategic initiatives. Your expertise will be instrumental in supporting successful delivery in alignment with Kroll Agency and Trustee Services vision and growth objectives.

  • Provide Operational expertise and advice to specific KATS wide projects and allocated workstreams.
  • Proven organisational skills, with experience in stakeholder management and negotiating.
  • Experience in managing complex projects, following project plans and supporting tracking and measuring performance.
  • Strong communicator able to articulate and present written and verbal information at all levels.
  • An ability to deal with high levels of ambiguity and confidence to make measured decisions.
  • Experience in prioritising, using initiative, managing stakeholder expectation and delivering time pressured projects.
  • Experience of system and process optimisation.
  • An ability to build relationships with key stakeholders and work effectively as part of a team.
  • A demonstrable track record of ensuring delivery of key projects in line with agreed timelines and budget.
  • Assist in the development and execution of global strategies, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and trustee and agency market dynamics.
  • Work closely with the lead of strategic implementation to support the effective and comprehensive delivery of key project deliverables
  • Utilise technology and advanced analysis to provide and contribute impactful insights to KATS stakeholders
  • Support the translation of strategic objectives into actionable plans, overseeing implementation across various teams and business units.
  • Assist on project meetings with internal and external stakeholders including Kick offs, Sta-tus Updates, and project closure.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams both internally within KATS, KBS and wider Kroll, to drive transformational changes, ensuring efficient and effective implementation.
  • Provide support to the implementation lead and business team in developing business cases, financial models, and action plans to support strategic initiatives.
  • Communicate any risks, issues, or delays to projects.
  • Provide feedback to implementation lead and key stakeholders after each executed project and suggest appropriate process improvements to repeat successes and avoid failures in future.
  • Be a supporting point of contact for key KATS stakeholders for project delivery and collaborate with stakeholders to maintain their programme awareness and ensure compliance standards are met.
  • Assist in the development of and implement change management strategies to facilitate organisational transformation.
  • Support teams through change processes, fostering a positive and adaptive culture across the organisation.
  • Manage operational risks, timelines and deliverables across allocated workstreams.
  • Bridge the gap between Technology and Business through requirements and Development to enhance existing technology stack to improve workflow and incorporate Global approach where possible.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, understanding their needs and integrating feedback into program strategies.
  • Communicate effectively with diverse teams and key stakeholders across various geographies.

Essential Traits
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and collabo‑rate with stakeholders at all levels.
