Job summary

Qualifications

  • Good level of education including GCSE Maths and English.
  • At least Level 3 vocational qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Technical support experience, ideally with servicing IT equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to Assistive Technology and Vision Impairment teams.
  • Communicate and improve outcomes for children and young people.
  • Work collaboratively with teaching and support staff.

Skills

Technical knowledge of Microsoft Windows
Communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with AAC software and hardware
Ability to work independently
Adaptability and resilience

Education

Level 3 vocational qualification
Grade 4 or above in GCSE Maths and English
