Key Responsibilities
  • Support senior planners in preparing planning applications, appeals, and development appraisals.
  • Conduct site visits and planning research.
  • Liaise with clients, local authorities, and other stakeholders.
  • Help deliver projects from initial consultation to planning approval.
  • Stay updated on local and national planning policy changes.
About You

To be considered, you\'ll ideally have:

  • A relevant degree in Town Planning or a related field (RTPI accredited).
  • Eligibility or working towards RTPI membership.
  • Strong communication and report-writing skills.
  • A proactive, enthusiastic, and team-oriented attitude.
  • Some experience (placement or employment) in a consultancy or local authority environment is desirable, but not essential.
