Job summary

A leading leisure organization in Horsham is looking for an Assistant Swimming Teacher to support swimming lessons for all ages. You will work closely with the Swimming Teacher to help develop swimmers' skills and confidence in the water. This role requires a Level 1 UKCC Swimming Teacher qualification or equivalent and the ability to work effectively with children and as part of a team. As an Assistant Swimming Teacher you will support the Swimming Teacher in swimming lessons from babies to adults. You'll work closely with the Swimming Teacher in supporting swimmers develop their skills and confidence in the water. Within lessons, you may be responsible for a small group of learners learning a specific skill, under the direction of the Swimming Teacher
