Overview

Job Description

As an Assistant Manager at Boots Opticians you will lead and inspire your team to deliver an exemplary customer journey. You will work closely with the Store Manager to create and deliver the commercial plan to help the business grow and change for the better. You will be involved in customer service, store operations and clinical activities including patient pre-screening, dispensing, accuracy checks and more. You will manage a team with varied experience and clinical knowledge, supporting their development through rotas, return to work reviews and performance management. Boots will support you with our Step into Optics training and leadership development programmes to help you grow your career.
