Responsibilities
  • Assist the manager in ensuring our 8 rooms operate to fullest capacity at the highest standard.
  • Lead by example and carry out treatments when required.
  • Implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth through retail sales and treatments.
  • Support in delivering training, adhering to Health & Safety policies and meeting agreed targets.
  • Work as part of a team with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in a position of responsibility within the Spa industry.
  • Level 3 NVQ in Beauty Therapy.
  • Previous experience in ELEMIS products and treatments is highly desirable, however not essential as training will be provided.
