Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Assistant Site Manager within housebuilding.
• Experience working to NHBC standards.
• SMSTS Certified (preferred).
• First Aid trained.
• Full UK driving licence.

• Supervise the site from pre-construction to successful build completion.
