Assistant Site Manager (Housebuilder) | £35,000 – £40,000 + car / allowance / package | Permanent | Maidenhead, Berkshire

An award winning developer with an enviable reputation within the Construction industry currently has an excellent opportunity for an Assistant Site Manager to join them on a permanent basis, working on a new build residential scheme in Maidenhead, Berkshire.

The company has been around for a number of decades and has a great reputation for delivering new build apartments nationwide. They have won numerous awards for their work over the years, including 5-star ratings for customer satisfaction.

The project in Maidenhead comprises a collection of 20 stylish one-bedroom apartments and 18 two-bedroom apartments, featuring balconies on all apartments and a roof terrace that overlooks the amenity space and high quality landscaping.

They are looking for an Assistant Site Manager to support the Senior Site Manager and are ready to start interviewing now. They are looking for somebody that has experience working on new build residential projects for a reputable housebuilder.

Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 + car / allowance / package
