• Experience on a housebuilder site/construction site.
• Knowledge of NHBC guidelines.
• Full clean driving licence.
• SMSTS qualification.
• CSCS card.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site activities, ensuring safety.
• Oversee build stages and inspections.
• Liaise with NHBC and stakeholders.
• Deputise for the Site Manager when required.
• Plan logistics and resolve snagging issues.
