A regional construction company is seeking an experienced Assistant Site Manager to oversee daily operations on live construction sites. You will assist in managing projects valued between £1m and £20m, ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations while supporting the Site Manager and Project Team. Ideal candidates will possess strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. This role offers a competitive salary of £50,000 to £65,000 along with various benefits including a company vehicle allowance.

As the Assistant Site Manager, you will play a key supporting role on live construction sites, helping to oversee day to day operations, programme delivery, quality and safety. You will work alongside the Site Manager and Project Team to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the company’s high standards.
