We are working with a leading Tier 1 Principle Contractor to recruit an Assistant Site Manager for a major construction projects across London. About the Assistant Site Manager role

As an Assistant Site Manager, you will support the Senior Site manager in the day-to-day management of site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to highest quality standards. You will play a key role in coordinate subcontractors, maintaining programme targets and upholding site compliance.

Key Responsibilities of the Assistant Site Manager
  • Supporting site management teams in delivering projects from start to completion
  • Coordinating subcontractors and monitoring quality of workmanship
  • Assisting with short term programming and progress reporting
  • Ensuring health & safety standards are maintained
  • Managing Site documentation, inspections and permits
  • Liaising with design teams, consultants and supply chain partners
Requirements for the Assistant Site Manager
  • Previous experience as an Assistant Site Manager within construction with a principle contractor
  • Experience on commercial projects, education & healthcare also desirable
  • Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction management desirable
  • Strong understanding of construction processes and sequencing
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills

  • First Aid Qualification
