A family-owned security company is seeking an Assistant Manager for their Head Office Showroom in Earlsfield. In this role, you will support the Showroom manager in daily operations, ensure high levels of customer service, and manage the showroom in the manager's absence. You must possess strong customer service skills, be proactive, and be able to work under pressure. Job description

We are seeking an assistant manager for our Head Office Showroom in Earlsfield. The role will ne to support the Showroom manager in the day to day running of the showroom, ensuring customer service is kept to a high standard with a positive customer response. You will be responsible for the management of the Showroom in the absence of the manager. Providing confident and clear advice on all products as well as upselling and maximising sales in all areas. Interacting with customers, engineers and Head Office staff either face to face, by phone or email and maintaining the Banham image to the highest standard

NB - This role is site based Full time working 5 days out of 6 (Mon - Saturday) 8:30am - 5:30pm and 8:30am - 1pm on Saturdays. Excludes Bank holidays and Sundays.
