A charitable organization is seeking an Assistant Shop Manager for their new shop in Greenwich. The successful candidate will help manage a community-focused team, ensuring the shop is welcoming and engaging. This role involves recruiting volunteers, representing the organization in the community, and is ideal for someone with retail experience in fashion. The job offers a part-time contract of 30 hours per week with competitive benefits.
We’re looking for an inspirational people person to join us as an Assistant Shop Manager in our brand-new South London Boutique Shelter Shop in Greenwich opening October 2025. This is a new exciting opportunity to join Shelter opening their newest shop and help raise vital funds for homeless and badly housed people.
Salary: £24,570.00 per annum pro-rated, plus £5023.71 London Weighting pro-rated
