A charity organization in Birmingham is seeking an Assistant Shop Manager for a part-time role of 7.5 hours per week. The successful candidate will lead and inspire a team of volunteers, ensure high shop standards, and drive community engagement. Candidates should be self-motivated, strong communicators, and have experience in a retail environment. Flexible work across 7 days is desirable.
