Salary: circa 35k basic plus bonus

Candidate Profile:

Your previous experience should be in a similar role such as a Service Manager, Front of House Manager, Workshop Controller, or Senior Service Advisor.

Responsibilities:
  • You will need to lead by example daily.
  • Have an enthusiastic and passionate personality to motivate your team.
  • Help resolve staff and customer concerns and take responsibility for hitting business objectives.
  • Oversee all aspects of the Service Department operations in the absence of the Service Manager.
  • Challenge and drive the performance of the front-of-house staff.
  • Manage, coach, and motivate employees to ensure high-quality staff.
  • Assist with monitoring performance against targets.
  • Ensure correct completion of Vehicle Health Checks, upsell conversions, and follow-up of unsold, deferred work processes.
About You:
  • Preferably at least 3 years of experience as a Senior Service Advisor, Workshop Controller, Service Reception Manager, or Assistant Service Manager, with a successful track record.
  • You should be a leader and an ambassador for the brand and dealer group.
  • Demonstrate a stable career path.
  • Capable of balancing hands-on support with departmental management when the Service Manager is unavailable.
