You have a keen interest in coffee and are motivated to learn the craft of roasting.
You’re attentive to detail and take pride in doing things well and consistently.
You enjoy both the physical and technical aspects of hands‑on work; this is a manual role, and you'll be happy moving both green and roasted coffee throughout the day.
Experience in coffee production, hospitality, or a similar operational setting (desirable).
An understanding of the coffee roasting process or a strong curiosity to learn.
Comfort using digital tools for data logging (Cropster experience is a plus).
A proactive approach to safety, quality, and process improvement.
Physical ability to lift and move coffee bags (up to 20 kg).
Consistent support across daily roasting schedules.
Accurate data and roast logs with minimal errors.
Clean, safe, and efficient work areas.
Positive collaboration across roasting, QC, and production teams.
Clear progression in roasting and sensory understanding over time.
