A community charity in Bath is seeking an Assistant Retail Manager to support the smooth running of charity shops. This role involves leading a team of volunteers, managing donations, and collaborating with the Shop Manager to enhance sales and customer experience. Julian House is a charity dedicated to making a difference to the lives of the most vulnerable and disadvantaged people in society. We run several projects and every year we help thousands of people out of homelessness, into employment, away from domestic abuse, and more.
As an Assistant Manager, you’ll play a key role in the success of our charity shops, ensuring everything runs smoothly day to day. From leading and motivating our fantastic team of volunteers to managing stock and creating a warm, welcoming shopping experience, you’ll be right at the heart of our mission.
