As part of a prestigious and expanding group celebrated for its farm-to-fork philosophy, they are seeking an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the leadership of their dedicated team of 16.

Responsibilities as the Assistant Restaurant Manager…
  • Assisting and supporting the General Manager with all restaurant operations
  • Assigning duties to the team and observing their performance to ensure it aligns with the restaurant’s established procedures
  • Leading, managing and motivating the front‑of‑house team to deliver a seamless service
  • Helping the General Manager resolve any guest complaints and implement the restaurant’s service recovery process
  • Providing outstanding training and development for the front‑of‑house team
