As our Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will be guiding a dynamic team of restaurant professionals with one common goal - to create a memorable dining experience for our guests. This is a 48 hour, full-time position.

Dim Sum Library serves up modern Cantonese atmosphere in the heart of London in The Yards. We've got next-level dim sum, tea-inspired cocktails, and all-day dining. And we're just a short two-minute walk from Covent Garden or Leicester Square station. Easy to get to, hard to leave.

Your day at Aqua:

• Team guidance & development: Mentor and inspire a team of dedicated hospitality individuals. Assist in recruiting, training, and evaluating team members to ensure top-notch service and smooth operations
• Operational excellence: Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer service. Engage with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere and implement creative business ideas

You will be paid £30,534.76 per year. In addition, you can be a part of the venue's Tronc system, which may give you between £9,465.23 and £14,465.23 extra per year. The Tronc system is managed by the Tronc Master.
