Assistant Restaurant Manager, Hotel Du Vin

Rate of Pay / Hours: OTE up to £30,721 per annum inclusive of TRONC, plus generous company benefits, training & development / 40 hours per week

Type of Contract: Permanent

Location: Edinburgh

You will have experience working within a busy restaurant environment, possibly as a Supervisor or Assistant Manager. You should be able to deliver shift briefings to large teams, manage the flow of the restaurant to ensure great guest experiences, and work alongside the team to maintain brand standards.
