Job title: Assistant Restaurant Manager – Hotel Du Vin

OTE up to £30,721 per annum (inclusive of tronc) - full-time hours, flexible working days. Permament. Edinburgh.

You will have experience working in a busy restaurant environment, possibly as a Supervisor or Assistant Manager. You should be able to deliver shift briefings to large teams, manage restaurant flow to ensure great guest experiences, and work alongside the team to maintain brand standards.
