A leading university in the UK seeks a Registry Assistant (Programmes) to maintain student records and support Examination Boards. We’re looking for a Registry Assistant (Programmes) who’s ready to make a real impact. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining the integrity of our student records, supporting Registry Officers (Programmes), and collaborating with colleagues across our academic Schools. You will help us to deliver a high-quality service for Examination Boards — both in the UK and with our transnational (TNE) partners.
We’re looking for someone who brings curiosity, creativity and confidence to their work — someone who can innovate in how they manage and prioritise tasks, build trusted relationships, and contribute to an inclusive and supportive environment. In this role, you’ll provide proactive, solutions-focused administrative support before and after Exam Boards, ensuring accuracy and excellence even when deadlines are tight.
Comfortable with working in a fast-paced team, you will be an enthusiastic and friendly professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills coupled with a commitment to providing an excellent student experience.
