South Wales - £35,000 - £45,000 per annum + package

We are seeking an ambitious and motivated Assistant Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor to join the team on this flagship South Wales development. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a large-scale, high-profile project, supporting the delivery of a mix of residential and commercial properties from inception through to completion.
The successful candidate will be a proactive, detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills, capable of managing multiple tasks within a fast-paced construction environment.
