Qualifications

  • 1-2 years' experience within consultancy or a construction-based role.
  • Keen to work towards MRICS (or equivalent) with structured support.
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Support the preparation of cost plans, estimates, and tender documentation.
  • Measure and quantify works for procurement and valuation purposes.
  • Assist with tender appraisals, contractor meetings, and recommendations.
  • Help manage costs, variations, valuations, and final accounts.
  • Produce cost reports and contribute to forecasting and cash flow monitoring.
